Terms and conditions

1. Object

 

These general conditions of sale govern the sales of online and face-to-face DJ courses offered by the company D-Lisha.

 

2. Orders

 

Orders can be placed online via our website or in person at events. Any order implies the unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

 

3. Price

 

Course prices are indicated in euros and may vary without notice. Applicable taxes are included in the prices displayed.

 

4. Payment

 

Payment for courses can be made online by credit card or in person by credit card or cash. Payment must be made in full before the start of the course.

 

5. Cancellations and refunds

 

Cancellations must be reported at least 48 hours before the start of the course to benefit from a full refund. After this period, no refund will be granted, except in the case of duly justified force majeure.

 

6. Intellectual property

 

The course materials and any content provided remain the exclusive intellectual property of D-Lisha. No unauthorized reproduction or distribution is allowed.

 

7. Liability

 

D-Lisha declines all responsibility in the event of material or immaterial damage occurring during the courses. Participants are responsible for their own material and equipment.

 

8. Modifications

 

D-Lisha reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes through the website or by email.

 

9. Disputes

 

In the event of a dispute, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the competent courts will be those of the place of the head office of the company D-Lisha.
